      The horror of Hurricane Otis

Hurricane Otis has slammed into the west coast of Mexico, close to Acapulco.

It intensified from a Tropical Storm to Category 5 hurricane in about 12 hours.

Strongest storm on record to hit the Pacific coast of Mexico, making landfall with sustained winds of 165mph.

      The models missed it.

      The warnings came too late.

There is catastrophic damage in Acapulco.
